The Congregational Membership is governed by the constitution and by-laws (together referred to as the Ministry Rules), as set by the Senior Elder, Board of Directors and Members.

By submitting this application you confirm that you and/or your family understand that this Membership Application is subject to approval by the Senior Elder and that application does not automatically confer Congregational Member status to the applicant and/or his family.
